How to cancel
Open Settings → Subscription → Cancel subscription in the app, or use Invoices & payment method to open the Stripe billing portal and cancel there. You can also e-mail [SUPPORT E-MAIL] from the address of your account.
What happens when you cancel
| When you cancel | Result |
|---|---|
| During the 7-day free trial | You are not charged. Premium stays active until the trial ends, then the subscription stops. |
| Within 48 hours of your initial purchase (after a trial: of the first charge on day 8) | The payment is refunded in full, automatically, and premium access ends immediately. |
| After 48 hours | No refund for the current period. Premium stays active until the end of the billing cycle you paid for, and the subscription does not renew. |
| Within 14 days of first subscribing, but after the 48-hour window (statutory right of withdrawal) | The subscription ends and we refund the payment minus a proportionate amount for the paid days already provided (trial days are free and not counted) (e.g. monthly plan withdrawn on day 5: €20 − €20 × 5/30 = €16.67). To use this right, send us the form below or an equivalent clear statement. |
Renewal payments are not covered by the 48-hour refund. Refunds go back to the card or payment method used, through Stripe; your bank may take 5–10 business days to display them. We send a reminder e-mail before each yearly renewal.
