Please read this carefully.

1. Always read the label. КоШиЯм removes ingredients that contain the allergens you declare (the 14 allergens of EU Regulation 1169/2011) and checks every generated recipe automatically before showing it. However, the app works with ingredient categories, not with the exact composition of each product. Recipes and formulations change, and many products carry "may contain traces" warnings. Before buying and cooking, check the label of every product for allergens and traces.
2. Cross-contamination in stores, factories or your kitchen is outside our control.
3. Severe allergies. If you or a member of your household has a severe allergy, anaphylaxis risk, coeliac disease or another medical condition, consult your doctor or a registered dietitian. Do not rely on the app as your only safeguard.
4. Not medical advice. Calorie and nutrition values are estimates from reference tables. The app does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. Pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with diabetes, kidney disease, eating disorders or other conditions, and infants under 12 months need individual professional advice.
5. Food safety. Follow the storage and use-by dates printed on products. The app's "cook by" warnings are reminders based on typical shelf lives, not a guarantee that food is safe; when in doubt, throw it out. Cook meat, poultry, fish and eggs thoroughly.
6. Children. Portion sizes for children are general guidance. Whole nuts and honey are removed for young children, but supervise children while eating.
